What causes grey hair?
Melanin is the pigment that determines your natural hair color. As we age, the levels of melanin in our body start to decrease which in turn causes our hair to go grey.

At what age will I get grey hair?
Gray hair can appear at any age, but the average age people begin to go grey is around 30 years old. Some people get premature grey hair in their teens, whilst a very small and lucky percentage of the population may never go gray at all.

Is there a cure for gray hair?
Unfortunately there is no cure for grey hair, however there are many products on the market to help you deal with your gray hair problem.

HAIR COLORING TIPS:

Tip 1 - Always do a colour test first
The fact that Colour Renew™ has resealable tubes takes the stress out of doing a colour test. Simply combine equal amounts of the two product tubes (about a pea size of each should be fine) in the plastic product tray and apply to a discreet section of hair. If it’s too light; simply leave it on a little longer, if it’s too dark; don’t leave it on as long.

Tip 2 - Hair type or hair condition can effect results
Damaged, fine or porous hair may take to the colour faster than thick hair.

Tip 3 - Always underestimate
When you first start to colour your hair, it will take you a while to work out the right hair colouring technique that works best for you. If you’re unsure about the length of time to leave it on, be conservative until you find your ideal timeframe.

A. Because Colour Renew is a permanent hair dye; it may dye skin or clothes that it comes in contact with. Therefore, we have included a special complimentary clothing smock in every pack of Colour Renew for your convenience. We also advise that you immediately wipe off any excess colour from the skin, forehead, ears or neck. Stubborn stains can be removed by rubbing shampoo onto the skin.
